Required listening: Aqua’s ‘Halloween’

At some point I need to get around to writing about Aqua.  Moreso than many dance-centric artists of the late ’90s and early 2000s, they managed to spin a novelty hit into something consistently entertaining, surprising and high-quality for a pair of albums. Celebrating 100 posts with Mission Zero!

When I started this blog, I aimed high: Daily posting, building off of a project I had completed at the Connecticut Post. That didn’t really work out, but nonetheless today marks my 100th post, and I’ve managed to get into more of a rhythm this summer, so I’m still pretty happy with how far it’s come. Continue reading
